CEJHS Dinner and Dialogue: A Legacy Yet Unfolding, A Review of NYT's The 1619 Project
Each dinner will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Nissan Room on the 6th floor of the Xavier University Library.
The series of events will prepare us for NYT writer and The 1619 Project lead writer Nikole Hannah-Jones visit to Xavier during Homecoming on Saturday, Nov. 09 at 11:30 a.m. in the McCaffery Ballroom. She will explore the Project and the unfolding legacy of the institution of slavery in the United States and sit in conversation with our Dr. Robin Vander, Associate Professor of English.
